The fees include digital documentation as well as coffee breaks, lunch and access to the Welcome Reception and Social Event. Discounts: only one discount available per person. 10% discount on the fee payable is offered for all registrations received and paid before 31 January 2022. Groups of 3 or more booking at the same time from the same company (legal entity) receive a 10% discount. Groups of 5 or more receive 15% and 7 or more receive a 20% discount.
A confirmation of registration and an invoice will be sent to you after receipt of your registration form. Prices are exclusive of VAT. If you do not receive a confirmation e-mail within three working days, please call us to ensure we have registered your booking. HaskoningDHV Nederland B.V. will not be liable for any non-arrival of your registration information. The issued registration fee is payable within 14 days after date of invoice. Places are only guaranteed when payment is received in time. Transfer of your conference ticket to the next ChemCon Conference is possible in writing until 29 April 2022. Cancellation of your conference ticket is possible in writing until 20 May 2022 and will be subject to an administration charge of 25% of the registration fee. It is regretted that after 25 February 2022 no refunds are possible. Substitutions are permitted at any time before the event. Payments not fully received before the event may result in entry being denied. In case of cancellation of the event by HaskoningDHV Nederland B.V. due to a force majeure event (i.e. any cause beyond HaskoningDHV Nederland B.V.’s reasonable control which makes it impossible to host ChemCon Europe 2022. Such causes shall include but not be limited to: Acts of God, civil or military authority, government priorities or government regulations, fires, floods, epidemics, pandemics, war (declared or undeclared) riots, strikes.) before 20 May 2022, the fees actually paid will be transferred to be used for the next ChemCon conference. No responsibility is assumed by HaskoningDHV Nederland B.V., the organiser or the speakers / authors for any injury and / or damage to persons or property as a matter of product, negligence or otherwise, or from any expectation regarding the event, use or operation of any methods, products, instructions or ideas presented at the event or contained in the notes. By entering the event premises, you consent to HaskoningDHV Nederland B.V. in using and publishing audio recording, video recording in any and all media for any purpose whatsoever. No recording or picturing on the premises of the conference is allowed during the conference without prior written consent of the organiser. In case of a person (delegate, exhibitor, visitor) infringing the overall interest/aim of the conference or infringing the interest of other delegates, companies or parties involved in the conference the organiser is entitled to exclude the infringing person/company from the show after a warning (written or personally by the conference director) showed no adequate result. All respective costs in context of the infringement or the exclusion are on the infringing persons/companies own responsibility. No liability in any way or any reason is taken by the organiser in this case. Admission shall be refused if financial commitments relating to a contract with HaskoningDHV Nederland B.V. remain un-honoured.
We point to the fact that e.g. travels arrangements, adequate insurance cover as well as possible visa procedures are on the delegate’s own responsibility. While every effort will be made to adhere to the published program it may be necessary for reasons beyond the control of the organisers to alter the content and timing of the program or the identity of the speakers without notice. Please check the website for the latest version of the program. The cost of accommodation is not included in the registration fee. By using this online booking tool, you consent to the hotel sharing your basic booking information with the organiser (arrival date, departure date, confirmation number). Please note that early registration is recommended as places at this event are limited. Registration deadline: 3 June 2022 if not booked up earlier. After that date, places are subject to availability. In addition to the provisions mentioned above this contract is subject to the law of The Netherlands.
