ChemCon The Americas 2025: Promotional Packages
ChemCon Conferences provide an excellent platform for developing new and expanding current business relationships and to increase awareness of your organisation. You can target this highly focused international audience by raising your company profile through various promotional packages, which are designed to give your company the best possible contact with our delegates. As the total number of packages is limited, it is guaranteed that your sponsorship does not evaporate in an ocean of logos and trademarks.
The following packages are available:
REGISTER NOWExhibition Package
The exhibition accompanying the conference sessions of ChemCon The Americas 2025 will be open from Tuesday 11 March – Thursday 13 March 2025.
To enable your company to have the best possible contact with our delegates, the exhibition will be situated in the area where all coffee and lunch breaks take place.
The package includes:
- Stand Area rent (2,5 m x 2,5 m)
- Option to provide personalised artwork for two booth walls
- LED-lights integrated in the exhibition frame behind the personalised artwork
- Personalised reception desk, with company logo
- 3 chairs
- 1 table
- Wireless internet
- Preparation, set-up and dismantling.
All other equipment must be provided by the exhibitors themselves. Renting of additional equipment is possible. In this case, please send a message to office@chemcon.net.
Concerning the overall handling of the exhibition, please read the exhibition regulations (available on request).
The number of representatives of the exhibiting company (no access to the conference sessions) is limited to three persons per day. The Exhibition Package does NOT include access tickets to the conference sessions. Registration for the conference sessions has to be done separately via the conference registration form. Exhibitors will receive three complimentary tickets for the Welcome Reception (Monday 10 March 2025) and two complimentary tickets for the Social Event (Wednesday 12 March 2025).

Exhibition Package, reusing personalised prints from a previous conference (11 – 13 March 2025): EUR 4,500.-

Display Package
The Display Package for ChemCon The Americas 2025 includes:
- Placement of your advertising material on our registration desk and a dedicated location in the exhibition area.
- Placement of your advertising material on our ChemConnect platform (platform to share our conference documents, news and information about the conference and opportunity for delegates to connect virtually, available via browser, phone or tablet).
- Placement of your advertising material on the USB-drive which all conference attendees receive at check-in.
The Display Package ensures that your advertising material will be visible during the entire conference.
The Display Package does NOT include access to the exhibition area and/or conference sessions. Registration for the conference sessions has to be done separately via conference registration form.. For access to the exhibition area, please contact the organiser at office@chemcon.net.

Conference Partner Package
The Conference Partner Package for ChemCon The Americas 2025 includes:
- Your company will be named as "Partner" in the announcement mailings, together with a hyperlink to your website.
- Your company logo will be placed on the program folder.
- Your company logo will be placed on the conference webpage together with a hyperlink to your website.
- Your company logo will be placed on the USB drive.
- Your company logo will be placed on the ChemConnect platform.
- Your company logo will be placed in the leader of ChemCon TV (news bulletins and interviews).
- Your logo will be placed on the first page of the digital conference handbook.
- Your company will have the opportunity to include promotional materials with your key services in a separate folder on the USB drive and ChemConnect platform.
- Your company will receive two free tickets for the workshop, seminars, conference sessions and networking events.
- Your company can order the exhibition package at a special Partner rate and will have priority in choosing an exhibition booth location.
- Your company can order the Forum Partner Package with 50% discount.

Forum Partner Package
The Forum Partner Package for Inspire Investment in Sustainable Growth Forum (part of ChemCon The Americas 2025) includes:
- Your company will be named as "Partner" in the announcement mailings related to the Forum, together with a hyperlink to your website.
- Your company logo will be placed on the Forum program folder.
- Your company logo will be placed on the (post) Forum webpage together with a hyperlink to your website.
- Your company logo will be placed on the ChemConnect platform.
- Your company will have the opportunity to include promotional materials with your key services on the ChemConnect platform. Your company will receive two free tickets for the Forum sessions (12 – 13 March) and Social Event (13 March).
- Your company can order the exhibition package at a special Partner rate and will have priority in choosing an exhibition booth location.
